Meeting Registration
Fee covers registration, food, housing, and social gathering evening.

Registration at the meeting: Please register at Evangelische Akademie Tutzing upon your arrival. Please inform the organizing committee if you intend to arrive after registration time, which is 9:00 to 13:00 on Thursday, October 7^th 2008.

Abstract Submission & Deadlines
Registration is required for abstract submission. Everyone is asked to submit the registration form by fax (+49-89-7095-6896) or e-mail at epcam-symposium@med.uni-muenchen.de before the abstract deadline, in order to enable the organizers to make rapid decisions concerning acceptance of abstracts and attendance at the symposium (symposium is limited to 120 attendants). You will be advised by e-mail whether your abstract(s) has been selected for an oral or poster presentation as soon the program is finalized (i.e. approx. 2 week after the abstract deadline).

Program Information
A list of confirmed speakers is available on the symposium web site. Additional speakers and posters will be added to the symposium program as soon as finalized. You will receive the complete program in the abstract book, upon your arrival at the symposium.

Preparing your presentation
The „2nd International Symposium on EpCAM and Cancer Stem Cell Markers“ will be held in the auditorium at Evangelische Akademie Tutzing Germany.

Oral presentation
The organizing team will take care of the projection of the audio and visual files run by PC or MAC. We ask that presenters download their presentation onto our computers as this saves time and will avoid problems between talks.
Posters
Poster sessions are held in the lobby at Evangelische Akademie Tutzing, Germany (see tentative program schedule). Posters should fit within 1.22m x 1.22m (4 ft X 4 ft).
